Kylee O’Hara Fatale
Native drag artist Kylee O’Hara Fatale, who put collectively #BLMDTX Present and The Queer Off at Sue’s Ellens, has partnered with three native queer and POC tattoo artists in “Qu’Inked,” an “Ink Grasp meets Drag Race” type of occasion, set for July 11, at 7 p.m., streaming on O’Hara’s Facebook and twitch.tv/Queeroff.
That is Ohara Fatale’s third fundraiser, elevating $10,000 which which was cut up between two native BLM and Black trans nonprofit organizations.
For this newest present, three queens and three tattoo artists will pair up, every representing a special nonprofit. O’Hara Fatale, Karina Love and Rocky Tacoma will likely be blindfolded and tattooed reside, and solely the tattoo artists — together with Dre Dayli of a Third Eye Gallery and Alyssa Juarez of Valkyrie Tattoo Gallery with a 3rd artist but to be named — will know what’s being tatted on the queens.
Between checking in with the drag queen/tattoo artist groups, there will likely be performances streamed from previous contestants of The Queer Off.
On the finish of the present, the tattoos will likely be revealed to the viewers and the queens, then the viewers will vote on one of the best group. Whichever queen/artist combo wins, their chosen charity wins 50 % of the ideas from the night, and the opposite two charities will every obtain 25 %.
