Juanita Jo (Knoll) Schaefer age 57 of New Braunfels TX joined our Lord and Savior on November 6, 2020. A celebration of Life might be held at Zoeller Funeral Dwelling in New Braunfels on Sunday December 6, 2020 at 2pm.
Juanita was born on January 30, 1963 in New Braunfels, TX to Martha Ann (Rimmel) Johnson and Wallace Knoll. She is preceded in loss of life by her father Wallace Knoll, step-fathers, Rufus Johnson JR; P.C. Rust and paternal/maternal grandparents.
Survivors embody her husband of 25 years Alton Joe Schaefer of New Braunfels; mom, “Schatzy” Martha Ann Johnson; and sister, Tracy-Lou Lovelace and husband Norman Funderburg; brother, Stacy Wade Rust all of Seguin. She additionally leaves behind step youngsters, Randy Schaefer; Caprice (Tim) Daughtery, step grandchildren, Fanci, Steven and Devann Schaefer; step great-grandchildren, Sammy and Cooper all of New Braunfels. In addition to aunts; uncle; niece; nephews; nice niece; cousins; brother/sister in-laws, buddies and her beloved cat Laborious head.
To her household she was often called Nita Jo and to her buddies she was Anita. She was a housewife; a custodial dad or mum to her step granddaughter Devann; a loving daughter; a beautiful massive sister; a loyal buddy and simply an throughout cussed arduous headed German.
Nita Jo for years was treasurer for the New Braunfels Pigeon Membership and a member as nicely. She loved racing pigeons and serving to Joe and the membership. However her best ardour was being concerned with Devann’s extra-curricular actions. Taking her to her soccer video games; gymnastic lessons; Hermann Sons Dance recitals, and Woman Scout Troop #1189 actions, She loved serving to different’s anytime she might. She cherished coming to Seguin when she might to go to her mother. Her and Devann would make the day of it; enjoying wahoo; purchasing at Goodwill, Walmart and all the time consuming at Grand Buffet.
