A TATTOO artist has utilized for permission to open a brand new studio in Clacton.
Mark Howe, who runs Buddies Tattoo in Excessive Road, has utilized for permission for change of use on the former Matt’s Carousel newsagents in Rosemary Street.
He stated Excessive Road is not the “thriving” highway it was for the reason that closure of Clacton’s Excessive Road submit workplace in 2019.
