Bartlesville Metropolis Councilman Paul Stuart and Tyler Vaclaw have issued a problem to Bartlesville.
If $25,000 is raised for Bartlesville Regional United Means by way of a GoFundMe that has been organized by Councilman Stuart, each Stuart and Vaclaw will get a tattoo of Bville Invoice the Buffalo. Bville Invoice is the newest mascot adopted by the Metropolis of Bartlesville to lift consciousness about COVID-19 and encourage individuals to comply with the three W’s: wash your arms, watch your distance, and put on a masks.
In a press release, Councilman Stuart stated:
