The Edgecomb Planning Board voted 4-0 for a change of use software for a U.S. Route 1 property to function a tattoo parlor and physique piercing studio. The board permitted Kat Stewart’s software for working her new enterprise on a shared location with Twisted Iron Customs.
Stewart has been a physique piercing practitioner since 2013. She informed board members the physique piercing studio could be the primary one on the Midcoast. In keeping with Stewart, the one different Maine studios are in Portland, Lewiston, Augusta and Bangor.
