“A promise saved” is how a bereaved dad described the success of a north Norfolk marathon in honour of his son.
Kev Pitcher, from East Runton, stated the Sunday, August 8 ‘run for Benny’ was “an unbelievable rollercoaster of feelings” and a day he would always remember.
Mr Pitcher stated: “We have saved our promise to Benny. He obtained the day that he deserved. There have been so many various feelings, it was an unbelievable day.”
Benny died on July 12 final yr aged six after dropping a battle with most cancers.
