A 27-year-old Texas man has been sentenced to 6 years in jail after punching a 14-year-old boy in his face. The Texas native assaulted the boy as a result of he was Black.
Charles Mitchell “Mitch” Patton pleaded responsible to damage to a baby and was sentenced this month in reference to a random assault two years in the past.
