MERIWETHER COUNTY, Ga. — The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for the general public’s assist to discover a lacking mom of three from Meriwether County.

Olivia Samantha Fowler was final seen on August 13, 2021 strolling alongside Pebblebrook Street outdoors of Manchester.
She was sporting a tie-dye shirt, shorts and flip-flops. Investigators say she left all of her private belongings behind.

Fowler is described as 5 ft two inches tall and 103 kilos with inexperienced eyes and blonde hair. She has a tattoo on her proper arm that reads ‘I like you.’
Fowler has ties to Meriwether, Harris, Talbot and Upson counties.
