These terms govern your use of Inkable, the free tattoo font generator from Tattoos.news. Please read them carefully.
02What Inkable provides
Inkable is a free tool that lets you type text and preview it in tattoo-style lettering fonts. You may copy or download previews for personal inspiration — for example, to share with your tattoo artist. The Service is provided for informational and creative purposes only and does not replace professional tattoo advice.
03Fonts and licensing
Fonts shown in the generator may be subject to third-party licenses. Previews are for personal inspiration. You are responsible for confirming that any font or design you use commercially (including on skin as a permanent tattoo in a commercial context, merchandise, or branding) is properly licensed. Inkable does not grant you ownership of any font files or typeface IP.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms performance, reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law allows, or use generated previews in a way that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or limit access if we believe these terms are being violated.
05No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that previews will match how a tattoo will look on skin. Tattoo outcomes depend on your artist, placement, skin, and many other factors outside our control.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoos.news and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
07Analytics

08Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
